Job Description:
Lockhart Capital is a boutique Financial Planning and wealth Management firm that provides financial planning and investment management services to a select group of discerning, high-net-worth bespoke families.
Package Details:
The successful candidate will receive a Salary of up to £35,000 Per Annum
Other benefits include:

Purpose of the role:
As Client Services Executive, your role will be to assist our Founding Partners and Directors by providing full administrative support and maintaining close contact with clients to deliver a professional, compliant, and effective service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
*Provide an excellent service to clients, both external and internal, together with third-party providers.
*Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.
*Ensure processes are followed; tasks include end-to-end management of account opening, onboarding, and transfer processes, consulting with operations teams where appropriate, processing client payments and account amendments.
*Arrange client meetings to support the adviser.
*Ensure that financial transactions are completed correctly and files are fully FCA compliant.
*Manage and track pipeline activity providing regular updates to both the client and the adviser(s).
*Contact and liaise with the relevant product providers/third parties.
*Be aware and act upon any compliance, risk, and quality issues.
*Provide recommendations/improvement ideas to increase operational efficiencies within the team.
*Maintain and build good relationships with the team and wider team.

Experience required:
*Ideally, 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a financial planning business.
Skills
*Strong Ethic of Client Service
*Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work
*Friendly, open, positive, and polished demeanour.
*Naturally can build good relationships with Partners, Clients, and 3rd parties.
*Organisation and prioritisation skills.
*Has excellent time management skills and experience of successfully achieving deadlines and working without close supervision.
*Excellent verbal and written skills with an eye for detail.
*Professional approach.
*"Can do" attitude, enjoy contributing and willing to go the extra mile.
*Confident in using various IT systems, especially MS Word, Adobe Sign and CRM’s.
*Excellent time management skills and experience of successfully achieving deadlines and working without close supervision.
*Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
