Compliance Onboarding Manager
Birmingham-based
We’re currently working with a global law firm, with a Birmingham central compliance function that has seen tremendous growth over the last 12 months. Now looking for someone to join them as an Onboarding Manager, leading a team of analysts in their client onboard team.
You would support the team on any client due diligence, AML & KYC Checks, and all new and existing client matter onboarding. Leading a team of 10, inclusing 2 senior direct reports. This is a great opportunity to lead from the front, managing the workflow, hands on support to the team, continues training and support across the business.
Successful candidates will have
*Experience in compliance within a law firm, ideally 4+ years experience
*Experience managing, minimum of 2 people.
*A thorough understanding of AML regulations and KYC requirements
*Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and drive a compliance culture
