Job Overview:
Pertemps Dudley are recruiting for a Bander on behalf of our very successful client in Dudley. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation and packaging of steel products. You will have an expertise in operating overhead cranes to ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
*Operate overhead cranes to move and position steel materials
*Band and package steel products according to company standards
*Ensure that all materials are handled safely
*Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs

Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Bander or in a similar role
*Strong experience operating overhead cranes
*Knowledge of steel products and banding techniques
*Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications

Rate of pay:
£12.50-£13.50 dependant on experience

Hours of work:
6am-2pm Monday to Friday
