Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and collobartive Temporary Executive Assistant for our London based client. This is a hybrid role, based on a minimum of 2 days in the office.
About the Role As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the team, ensuring the office runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, organising meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling general office administration. You’ll work closely with other Executive Assistants to support the leadership team and contribute to the efficient running of the business.
Alongside previous experience in a similar role we are looking for:
*Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail
*Ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities
*Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks
*Trustworthy with confidential information, proactive, and resourceful
We are looking for a December start.
