Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Cheltenham
Hybrid: Office based during training and then 3/2 split.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
JGA are partnered with a growing accountancy firm, who are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities & Experience
- Process payroll using client information.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing payroll queries.
- Support other departments with client payroll and PAYE matters.
- Handle client data, prepare reports, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll Solutions team.
- Manage internal relationships and address third-party queries (e.g., HMRC).
- At least 2 years’ experience in PAYE, RTI, and auto-enrolment; STAR/CINTRA knowledge is desirable.
