Jackton Moor are a kitchen, bedroom & bathroom specialist, providing custom designs to provide unique requirements. For over two decades Jackton Moor has provided a complete planning service from initial design to final installation. With a passion for custom designs, they can easily accommodate unique requirements straight from the drawing board to our factory floor.
They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in East Kilbride within the procurement department.

This is an entry-level position which offers an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join the team and work under their IT Manager.
The successful candidate will be based in the office alongside a small vibrant and fun team. We work hard and get on well and will be there to ensure you enjoy your work… while getting the job done!
You will develop skills by working on different systems as a Junior CAD Technician.
What’s involved?
*Working collaboratively with the design and sales team to produce drawings
*Utilising AutoCAD to create 2D & 3D Drawings for the manufacturing team
*Using Excel to create reports on pricing to save organisational costs & provide this information to the administration & sales teams to lower spending
*Managing finance documents and supplier details daily for the UK and Ireland
*Working as a first response for all orders for clients and the manufacturing team
*Building relationships with the software company on regards to codes and pricing for the sales team
*Creating and editing drawings using Autodesk
*Using online shared drives and online client portals to update the order information daily
*Using Microsoft packages daily in relation to updating spreadsheets and emailing with Outlook
What You Need to Succeed:
*Experience working with Cad or AutoCAD
*A creative flair
*A desire to learn and develop digital skills
*Good work ethic and professional attitude
Salary: £16,456 - £17,546 per annum.
Working week: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm / 40hrs a week.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
