Job Description:
An Executive Assistant is required to offer high-level support to the senior management team. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Description
*Providing administrative support to the management team
*Create project status reports and presentations for executives
*Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
*Coordinating travel arrangements
*Preparing and editing correspondence and reports
*Organising meetings and events
*Liaising with clients and staff on behalf of the management team
*Assisting with special projects as needed
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
*Minimum 5 years experience within financial services
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Requires some flexibility with work schedule
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
*High level of discretion and judgement
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
