A Part-time Office Support Coordinator will offer a first-class customer service experience in a busy retail environment, providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department in Irlam.

The key responsibilities of an Part-time Office Support Coordinator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
*Follow up with vendors to ensure a timely service delivery
*Update records of all maintenance activities
*Provide essential administrative support for a office move
*Prepare and organise project documents
*Track project time lines and maintain correspondence with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
*Manage calendars and schedule meetings with stakeholders
*Coordinate site visit and inspections
*Assist in Health and Safety management across both sites
Profile
A successful Part-time Office Support Coordinator should have:
*A keen interest in providing excellent customer service
*Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask
*Background in Health and Safety desirable
*Competence in using MS Office applications
*A positive and friendly demeanour
*Ability to commute to Irlam and Warrington
*Must have access to a own vehicle
