Supply Chain Administrator (Creation)
Salary - £21,072 to 26,310 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours - 40 hours per week, 8.00am to 5.00pm
Location - Hybrid/Lincoln
As a Supply Chain Administrator (Creation), you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for all administration duties related to contract mobilisation and any associated tasks.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?
- Undertaking all administration tasks related to the variable contract type mobilisations as per process and procedures.
- Checking contracts and related paperwork and respectfully challenging requests that fall outside departmental parameters.
- Monitoring the team inbox and request system to prioritise workload dependent on demand.
- Updating all system related processes based on procedures.
- Liaising with both internal and external clients to ensure that all requests are actioned in a timely and professional manner.
- Executing all tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Reacting to any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner offering resolution where possible or escalation options.
- Assisting in the ongoing development of the role and department.
- Supporting the wider supply chain team when required.
What are we looking for?
- Waste management experience preferably within the broker model.
- Previous experience in an administrational role.
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of meeting targets in a flexible fast based environment.
