Band 6 Radiographer 6 months of NHS experience mandatory Location: Manchester Royal Infirmary, Manchester, UK
Position: Band 6 Radiographer
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Closing Date: 6th May 2025
Pay Rates: £21 - £23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
*Produce high-quality imaging in various specialties, including Musculoskeletal (MSK), Gastrointestinal (GI), and Neurology.
*Operate Siemens and GE imaging systems to perform MRI scans across a broad range of clinical disciplines.
*Ensure accurate and detailed imaging for diagnostic purposes.
*Work independently, taking responsibility for performing high-level imaging with minimal supervision.
*Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
*Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of patient care.
*Manage workloads effectively, adhering to departmental protocols and timelines.
Essential Requirements:
*Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI imaging.
*Specialties: Proven ability to perform MRI scans across multiple specialities, including MSK, GI, and Neurology.
*Equipment: Experience working with Siemens and GE MRI systems.
*Independence: Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
*Professionalism: Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
