Job Description:
A respected and ambitious Construction Consultancy in Cambridge is currently looking for a motivated and diligent Construction Project Manager.
This role is perfect for a professional eager to make a mark in a variety of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Leisure.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing diverse projects across Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities include:
*Serving as an Employer’s Agent on certain projects.
*Managing projects from inception to completion.
*Establishing effective communication with all client suppliers and operators.
*Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and meet client specifications.
The Construction Project Manager
*Membership in a professional body such as RICS, APM, CIOB (desirable but not essential).
*A degree in Construction, Project Management, or Building Surveying.
*Previous experience in a Project Management role within a construction consultancy.
*Experience in acting as an Employer’s Agent is a significant bonus.
*Demonstrated experience across various build sector projects.
