Job Description:
Job Type: Full time contract (37.5 hours) with an initial duration of 6 months.
Job Location: Milton Keynes [This is a 100% onsite role so need someone local]
Working hours currently are 8am-4pm but we can be flexible with this and offer 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm as well.
There are some added responsibilities to this particular role:
- As a receptionist you will also be a Site Emergency Response Coordinator. (managing the fire role call)
- Various HSE administration tasks, including reviewing Enablon and Archer systems, recording data and monitoring actions.
- Ensuring training is up to date for first aiders and fire marshals.
- Manage pool car booking system and ensure regular pool car checks are carried out.
No experience with any of the above is required, training will be provided onsite.
Job Summary:
Receives visitors and supports individual, department or site staff by promptly, courteously and accurately addressing requests for assistance.
Performs activities under limited supervision.
As the Milton Keynes site doesn’t get that many visitors they will not be expected to be working at the reception desk the entire day but will be working together with the Fleet and HSE team.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Requires some work experience (2 years or more) or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
