You should have...
- Experience working in either a B2B or B2C retail or ecommerce environment (as they sell to both trade customers and the general public)
- Skills in both online and offline marketing, including social media channels, email marketing campaigns, events, print (brochures, catalogues, etc.)
- Confidence in using a CRM system and being able to maintain quality data, produce analysis and reports, highlight trends and use data to make decisions
- A good understanding of lead generation, identifying prospects and marketing to them, customer targeting and segmentation
