Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Business Partner to join a successful, growing business in a role supporting employees across the South East of England. This is a hybrid role with the need for flexibility to travel to different locations across the South East, as well as to the Head Office in Bagshot.
This is a generalist, operational Business Partnering role where you will provide HR advice and support to employees on a broad range of people related matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
*First point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and procedures
*Assist Line Managers with employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness & absence, performance management and more
*Assist with TUPE processes
*Provide advice and guidance on pay and reward structures
*Support with organisational change
*Provide coaching and guidance to managers
*Support with recruitment and employer branding initiatives
*Assist with HR projects as required
This company is offering a competitive salary of up to £56k (£50k max base salary plus £6k car allowance) plus excellent benefits including:
