Job Description:
Our client is a well-known brand who are currently recruiting for a dynamic HR Operations Manager to join them.
As HR Operations Manager, you will oversee the HR Shared Service function, acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring best practice across HR operations and delivering a high standard of service to the business.
This role will everything from day-to-day HR operations, overseeing payroll & benefits, project delivery, reporting, expenses and HRIS systems. Managing a team of 3, you will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, where flexibility and adaptability are key. You will be a motivational leader who leads by example, embraces challenges, and enjoys streamlining processes to improve efficiency.

With a strong HR Ops background and a passion for developing others and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you know what good looks like and you are used to working in complex businesses and can demonstrate deep thinking and the ability to manage complex data analysis.
