Job Description:
I am looking for a HGV Commercial Vehicle Technician / Fitter / Mechanic based in Basildon, Essex, offers an exciting opportunity for someone skilled in vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly on HGVs and commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities
*Conduct safety inspections, service, and repair work on a variety of HGV commercial vehicles.
*Prepare vehicles for required standards and inspections.
*Perform diagnostics (electrical/mechanical) using electronic diagnostic tools, including manufacturer software.
*Occasionally conduct off site inspections, requiring customer interaction.
Requirements
*Industry qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ).
*Strong communication skills and ability to use software and devices in daily tasks.
*Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
*Knowledge of quality and safety standards with good housekeeping skills.
*Willingness to stay current with vehicle and product knowledge through training.
