Peacocks is looking for a dedicated Flagship Store Manager for our flagship store located in St David’s Shopping Centre, Cardiff. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Flagship Store Manager to lead our flagship store. This role requires someone who combines experience, commercial insight, operational excellence, and visual merchandising skills to grow the success of our brand. You will support and motivate your team to achieve store targets, identify opportunities to surpass KPIs and turnover, and ensure the execution of the company’s commercial strategy.
Flagship Store Manager Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring costs are contained within targets.
*Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
*Maintain high levels of stock availability and excellent visual merchandising standards.
*Manage, coach, and motivate the team to achieve all targets, leading by example.
*Communicate effectively to enhance store operations.
*Drive sales through your team, proactively seeking opportunities to increase revenue.
*Analyse daily and weekly sales results to identify growth opportunities.
*Maintain ongoing communication with your Regional Manager and peers on sales performance.
*Ensure a safe shopping and working environment by complying with store policies and procedures.
*Build brand loyalty by promoting and hosting events and engaging with the local community.
Qualifications:
*Flagship Store Manager should have proven track record within a high turnover, fast fashion environment.
*Exceptional leadership skills with a natural flair for leading and developing a high-performing team.
*Strong focus on people, sales, and customer service.
*Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing business needs.
*Positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for driving the store forward.
