Job Description:
Carbon60 are working with a renowned high-end home and beauty technology brand, who require several Retail Experts to help in-store over the busy Christmas period.
Contract Specifics:
*Length: Until 31st Jan 2025.
*Hours: Part-time (12 hours per week).
*Shifts: 10:30am-7pm Tuesday & 10:30am-7pm Wednesday.
*Pay: £13.15 per hour (PAYE).
*Store Location: John Lewis Bluewater
Key Responsibilities:
*Engaging customers by demonstrating the powerful features of products in key retailer stores.
*Ensure the product is fitting for the customers’ needs and requirements.
*Develop and drive sales aligned with business plans and targets.
*Build relationships with the in-store team and support throughout the day.
*Proactively uploading your individual progress and sales throughout the day on the sales platform.
*Make sure the store/fixtures are presentable to the highest standards.
*Manage stock levels throughout the day.
Requirements:
*Confident and professional salesperson, who loves a challenge and understands retail.
*Enthusiastic and passionate about new technology, including hair care, floor care, and lighting to new a few.
*Able to engage in in conversation with customers about a variety of technical products.
*A desire to achieve monthly sales targets.
*An ambitious spirit, to ensure growth within your store.
*Excellent communication skills and a real passion for giving the customer a first-class experience.
*Experience in luxury retail is desirable, but not essential.
