Property Business Partner
Rate: £500 Day rate
Location: Wakefield
Hybrid - 3 days in office

About the Role:
The Property Business Partner will play a crucial role in managing property-related capital projects across diverse portfolios, including Regeneration, Arts, Culture & Leisure, and Education. Your responsibilities will include:
*Leading capital projects and estate programs within specific directorates.
*Partnering with Clients stakeholders to integrate property needs within strategic asset management.
*Implementing the Estate Strategy and asset management plans.
*Acting as a liaison between client directorates and property services to align customer needs with technical solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Deep knowledge of operations, property, and asset management.
*Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs.
*Experience in project, contract, and financial management; NEC PM accreditation is a plus.
