Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in both commercial and residential property management to join a highly successful team of Property Developers and Investors in Central London. You will be overseeing a distinguished portfolio in prime Central London locations, ensuring that tenants of both commercial and residential properties receive a superior level of service.
This is a fully office based role, Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a prestigious portfolio of both commercial and residential properties in Central London.
* Act as the main point of contact for tenants, providing excellent communication, handling queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work.
* Ensure all properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements, including Health & Safety, fire safety, and building regulations.
You will be:
* Proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally within both commercial and residential properties.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing a first class experience to tenants and ability to nurture and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
