At Reed Education we specialise in supporting learners with additional needs, however complex, that attend Mainstream schools.
Myself and Reed offer a bespoke and tailored service for both practitioners and schools alike - we think beyond the idea of simply an SEN Teaching Assistant, and instead seek to match your skills with the EHCP/Specific Needs
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-on-one and group support to children with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
*Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of each child.
*Support classroom teachers in managing behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.
*Help with personal care tasks, where necessary, ensuring the dignity and comfort of the child.
*Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to help children achieve their full potential.
Benefits of Working with Reed Education:
*Competitive pay rates and weekly payments.
*Access to continuous professional development and training opportunities.
*Dedicated consultant support to help you find the right role.
*Opportunities for career progression and potential permanent positions.
