Job Description:
Goodman Masson are partnered with a well renowned UK charity to recruit for a Finance Business Partner.
Working alongside various areas of the organisation, you will provide support in achieving financial and strategic objectives through the provision of high-quality financial management and advice.
Day to day responsibilities include:
*Business Partner with senior leaders and budget holders to provide expert financial advise
*Work with senior management team to produce budgets and forecasts
*Provide financial information and reports to various teams for budget setting and forecasting
*Consolidate budget and forecast results as well as reviewing and challenging results with budget holders
*Support business areas with month end and year end processes
*Prepare written commentary for management accounts, including variance analysis
*Develop reporting and commentary on key performance issues
Essentials:
*CCAB Qualified Accountant or minimum exam qualified
*Ability to explain financial information to non-finance audiences
*Experience across management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
Salary is £50,000 - £52,000 Depending on Experience.
