Job Description:
I’m representing a client who is actively seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join their expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about creating user-centered designs and enhancing digital experiences. The right candidate will play a key role in shaping the user interface and overall design strategy, contributing to a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth user research to understand target audiences, their behaviours, and preferences. Analyse research data and extract actionable insights to drive design decisions and improve user experiences.
* Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive user flows based on project requirements, ensuring designs are intuitive, visually appealing, and functional across all platforms.
* Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces that not only meet user needs but also align seamlessly with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the design implementation phase, providing necessary guidance and ensuring that final products faithfully translate design specifications into interactive, user-ready interfaces.
* Test designs through user feedback sessions and usability testing. Gather insights from these tests to refine and iterate on designs, enhancing usability and addressing any pain points.
* Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and industry best practices, continuously refining your skills to bring innovative and effective design solutions to the team.
* Work within project timelines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong, diverse portfolio.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools as required by project or team needs.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey design concepts, rationale, and requirements to team members, clients, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Experience conducting usability testing and user research is a plus, along with the ability to interpret research findings to shape design strategies and improve overall usability.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and adapting quickly to changing requirements, while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
