Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join their highly esteemed Client Services Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide crucial support in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
JOB TITLE: Client Services Assistant

LOCATION: Closest train stations: Euston, Warren St (hybrid working)
SALARY: £28,000 - £35,000
We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills. While experience in financial services is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role. What matters most is your willingness to learn and thrive in a demanding work environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
- Client Onboarding and Trade Entry: Processing new client applications and inputting trades into our systems.
- AML & KYC: Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and company policies.
- Cash Management: Assisting with processing client payments and bank reconciliations.
- Ad-hoc projects: Supporting the team with various projects and tasks.
- Enquiry Management and Call Handling: Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving their inquiries.
