A highly regarded and hugely successful Service Business is looking for a Financial Controller to join them. Ideal for someone inquisitive, able to work independently and with strong attention to detail

This is a permanent role based in the business Central London office with some travel to other sites across the UK (Lincoln and Norwich areas)

Financial Controller - The Role
*Overseeing smooth daily financial operations
*Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, working closely with the Group Finance Director
*Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
*Acting as the key contact for the parent company, aligning financial processes and reporting
*Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
*Manage day-to-day cash flow and working capital
*Overseeing audits, payroll, VAT, and tax filings
*Supporting any financial system rollouts and process improvements
*Providing insights and recommendations for business decisions
*Ad hoc tasks as required

Financial Controller - The Person
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Ability to work independently
*Strong attention to detail
*Part/fully-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent or QBE
*Similar service-based industry experience is beneficial but not essential
*Available immediately or on short notice
