Job Description:
Sanctuary Personnel is seeking dedicated and caring Support Workers to join our team, providing exceptional care in care homes located in Gorleston. If you have experience as a support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, carer, or care assistant, we invite you to apply.
Shift Patterns and Pay Rates:
*Monday to Friday (Day shifts): £12.82 per hour
*Monday to Friday (Night shifts): £13.03 per hour
*Saturday (Day shifts): £13.53 per hour
*Saturday (Night shifts): £13.71 per hour
*Sunday (Day shifts): £13.94 per hour
*Sunday (Night shifts): £14.13 per hour
*Bank Holidays (Both Day and Night shifts): £15.47 per hour
Key Duties:
*Delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
*Supporting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
*Promoting independence while fostering a friendly and supportive environment.
*Adhering to personalised care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
Essential Criteria:
*Previous experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, or carer).
*Right to work in the UK.
*A warm, empathetic approach to care.
*Willingness to complete necessary compliance requirements.
