Job Description:
Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing excellent care within care homes in Holt. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we encourage you to apply.
Rates and Shifts:
*Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
*Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
*Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
*Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
*Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
*Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
*Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Responsibilities Include:
*Providing attentive and compassionate care to residents, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
*Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and mealtime support.
*Promoting residents’ independence and helping to foster a warm, supportive atmosphere.
*Adhering to individual care plans and ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation.
Requirements of the Support Worker:
*Previous experience in a similar UK-based role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
*Eligibility to work in the UK.
*A caring, empathetic approach.
*Willingness to complete the necessary compliance checks.
