Rates and Shifts:
*Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
*Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
*Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
*Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
*Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
*Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
*Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting both their physical and emotional needs.
*Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mealtime support.
*Promoting residents’ independence and helping to create a positive, supportive environment.
*Following individual care plans and ensuring all records are kept up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in a similar UK-based role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
*Eligibility to work in the UK.
*A compassionate and empathetic approach.
*Preparedness to complete the required compliance checks.
