Job Description:
Lecturer in Construction (Multi-Skills) *Job Type: Temporary
*Hours: 2.5 days/week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
*Salary: Competitive rate to be negotiated
*Location: Northeast

Day-to-Day of the Role *Develop, prepare, and deliver high-quality education and training programmes in multi-skills construction.
*Teach and assess construction qualifications, ensuring learners are employment and apprenticeship ready.
*Maintain discipline and safe working practices within the classroom and workshop environments.
*Deliver both practical training in dedicated workshops and theoretical knowledge in classroom settings.
*Create and manage learning plans and schemes of work.
*Engage in tutorial duties and provide counselling services to students on various matters.
*Liaise with parents, guardians, schools, and employers as necessary.
*Participate in curriculum development and manage specified courses or subject areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications *Proven experience in teaching and assessing in the field of construction.
*Strong ability to prepare and deliver engaging course material across a range of programmes.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining discipline and promoting safe working practices.
*Experience in curriculum development and course management.
*A commitment to continuous professional development.
