Rates and Shifts:
*Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
*Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
*Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
*Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
*Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
*Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
*Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
*Providing quality care to residents, addressing both physical and emotional needs.
*Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
*Promoting independence and fostering a supportive, positive atmosphere.
*Adhering to individual care plans and keeping records up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a similar UK role (support worker, HCA, carer, care assistant).
*Eligibility to work in the UK.
*A compassionate, empathetic nature.
*Willingness to undergo required compliance checks.
