Job Description:
Sanctuary Personnel is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing exceptional care in local care homes in Bungay. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we encourage you to apply.
Rates and Shifts:
*Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
*Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
*Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
*Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
*Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
*Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
*Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
*Delivering high-quality care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
*Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and meal support.
*Encouraging residents’ independence and creating a positive, supportive environment.
*Following individual care plans and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
Requirements of the Support Worker:
*UK experience in a similar role (support worker, HCA, carer, care assistant).
*The right to work in the UK.
*A caring, empathetic approach.
*Willingness to complete necessary compliance checks.
