We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading recruitment agency based in Birmingham, who are looking to expand their team of talented 360 Recruitment Consultants. About the Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including business development, client relationship management, and candidate placement. You will be expected to generate new business, identify opportunities for growth, and build a strong client base. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you will have the autonomy to manage your own desk across multiple sectors while being part of a high-energy, successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new client opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients and candidates, ensuring continued success and repeat business.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruitment methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client briefing through to offer negotiation and placement.
- Achieve personal and team targets, focusing on both candidate placements and business growth.
- Provide a consultative recruitment service to clients, advising on best practices and market trends.
About You:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record in business development.
- Proven experience in generating new business, managing client relationships, and successfully placing candidates.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels.
- A proactive and driven approach to growing and managing your recruitment desk.
- Passionate about recruitment and delivering an exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
