Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Anti Social Behaviour Officer to support our client on a temporary basis for a minimum of 2 months, working 35 hours per week on a hybrid basis and hourly rates up to £21.60 per hour.
Your new role
*Managing own caseload of ASB and tenancy breaches including Domestic Violence and Hate Crime
*Carrying out investigations, gathering evidence, preparing legal paperwork for court applications including witness statements and self-representation in court where required
*Supporting victims in preparation of court attendance
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within the community
*Handling safeguarding and complaint cases
*Responding to complaints and queries from local Councillors
What you’ll need to succeed
*Experience in an ASB Management or Tenancy Enforcement role within the social housing sector
*Good knowledge and understanding of relevant Housing & Tenancy management principles and legislation including ASB, Crime and Policing Act
*Experience of taking witness statements and familiar with relevant legal paperwork & process
