Long-Term EYFS Teaching Assistant Opportunity: Make a Lasting Impact
Do you have a passion for early years education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young children?
A thriving primary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their supportive EYFS team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

In this role, you will:
*Create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS children, fostering a love of learning through exploration, creativity, and active participation.
*Provide individual and small group support to ensure every child is actively engaged and making good progress.
*Observe and assess children’s development providing feedback to the teacher and contributing to their individual learning plans.
*Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, supported, and valued.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Passionate about Early Years Education: A genuine love for working with young children and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
*Strong Planning & Preparation Skills: Experience in developing engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
*Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with teachers, other support staff, and parents.
*Creative & Enthusiastic: A positive and energetic approach to teaching, with the ability to bring learning to life.
*Committed to Inclusion: Understanding and experience in supporting children with diverse needs.
Details:
*Start Date: January 2024
*Duration: Long-Term (term-time only)
*Days: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
