Job Description:
Location: London, W1F (On-Site only)
We are looking for a skilled executive assistant to support the company’s founder and key product development projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactiveness and a positive attitude, along with proven planning and organizational skills. Strong personnel management abilities are also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will align with the company’s core values: Innovation, Drive, Authenticity, Responsibility, and Teamwork.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
- Assisting in the development of future categories and addressing ad hoc requests and ideas.
- Analyzing costs from various suppliers.
- Supporting general sourcing efforts.
- Helping manage urgent projects.
- Maintaining calendars, including scheduling personal meetings and appointments.
- Handling basic filing and record-keeping tasks.
- Acting as a liaison with vendors, both personal and company-related.
- Serving as a communication link and liaison between cross-functional teams as needed.
- Preparing presentations.
- Delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to internal and external clients.
- Planning and organizing company events.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in skincare or color cosmetics production or product development.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with tight deadlines.
- Quick, organized, and logical thinker.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Organized and adaptable, with the ability to assist in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, as this role involves reporting responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communication, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Well-groomed and hardworking.
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
