Job Description:
Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Witham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00PM - 12:00 AM
Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
*General production duties.
*Ensure the smooth running of the production line.
*Assisting Machine Operator.
*Basic assembly work.
*Packing small items according to company standards.
*Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a similar production or packing role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
*Good attention to detail.
*Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
*Ability to follow instructions.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
