* Identify student’s strengths, challenges, and developmental needs and adapt your support accordingly.
* Help students navigate their academic environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
* Effectively communicate with pupils and staff.
* Show empathy, patience, and have a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* Prove you have a DBS certificate with no reprimands or be willing to pay and apply for a new one.
