Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise students during lessons, ensuring a productive learning environment.
*Provide support for teachers by following lesson plans and managing classroom behaviour.
*Assist with student engagement, keeping them on task and offering help with any questions.
*Monitor student progress and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
*Experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
*Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
