As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in conducting viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Lettings Negotiator:
*Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to prospective tenants.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
*Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms.
*Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to tenancy agreements.
*Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing their queries and concerns.
Qualifications for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator position:
*Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
*A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
*A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
