In this role, you’ll be working with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering a range of sports and physical education activities. You will play an essential part in promoting a healthy, active lifestyle and encouraging students to engage in both competitive and recreational sports.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and deliver engaging PE lessons and sports activities, encouraging students of all abilities to participate
*Plan and execute a varied sports curriculum, covering team sports, fitness training, and personal development through physical activity
*Encourage teamwork, discipline, and resilience in students, creating a positive and supportive environment
*Organise and manage extracurricular sports clubs, games, and school competitions
*Collaborate with teachers to support physical education initiatives and ensure safety and inclusivity in all activities
*Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills and physical fitness

*A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working with students
Desirable Criteria:
*Sports coaching qualifications or certifications in specific sports

*Full-time, Monday to Friday
*Paid up to £110 per day, term time only
*Based in Newham, London - close links to Canning Town station for easy commuting
