Look no further HRGO are looking for a number of pickers and packers to work for a leading distribution company based in the Aylesford area.
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pickers and Packers to join a busy warehouse team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to pick lists
- Pack orders securely and neatly for shipment
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a picking and packing role is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
The working hours for this position are rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, 7am - 7pm.
