Day-to-day of the role: *Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the sales and marketing department.
*Proactively contact lapsed and potential new customers to generate business.
*Provide internal support for on-the-road sales representatives.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
*Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
*Manage and enhance the company’s social media profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and explore opportunities on TikTok.
*Schedule and manage frequent social media posts, ensuring consistent online presence.
*Take full ownership of the social media side of the business, including content creation and strategy.
