Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to forge positive relationships in a fast paced and service-oriented environment. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team where you will be encouraged to develop and grow, we welcome your application.
Everyone who works at AWE brings unique skills and perspectives to the table. We recognise that great people don’t always ’tick every box’. That’s why we focus on your potential, your fit with our values, your transferable skills as well as your experience. Even if you don’t meet every point below, but you feel that this role and AWE are a great fit for you, please go ahead and apply, we’d love to receive your application.
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we’d like you to have experience in some of the following:

*A high level of organisation with experience of setting up large meetings, ensuring all relevant documentation required, including proposals, escalations and performance reporting are delivered to the required quality

*Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business operations teams ensuring successful delivery of business plans and objectives
*A keen eye for detail providing insightful analysis, highlighting issues, risks and opportunities while identifying improvements and efficiencies
*Experience of supporting review, learn and improve (RLI) activities
