Secondary Geography Teacher - Permanent Role
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Start Date: January 2025
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £31,650-£49,084 per annum, based on experience

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Geography Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Haywards Heath. Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
*Develop engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
*Assess and track students’ progress, providing constructive feedback
*Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events
*Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the continued success of the department
The Ideal Candidate:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
*Experience teaching at secondary level (Key Stage 3 & 4)
*Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students
*A proactive and team-oriented approach
*A desire to continuously develop professionally
