We are looking for a highly professional Admin Assistant to join our team on a three-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and excel in minute-taking during high-level meetings. This role involves frequent interaction with senior staff, requiring the utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately take and transcribe minutes at various meetings.
*Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for senior staff.
*Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
*Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
*Engage positively with senior staff and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong minute-taking skills.
*Valid driving licence.
*Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong communication skills and professional demeanour.
