We are looking for a results-driven, inspiring leader with a strong background in sales management and a passion for coaching and development. As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Representatives to drive growth and maximise performance. You’ll coach, mentor, and inspire your team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on hitting targets and achieving collective success.
Key Responsibilities
*Team Development & Coaching: Lead and develop the Services Sales team, instilling effective sales strategies and creating a culture of hard work and success.
*Motivate & Inspire: Build resilience and strong relationships, motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets.
*Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continued improvement.
*Recruitment & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor new team members to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and team dynamics.
*CRM Management: Utilise and manage the CRM system to track sales metrics, monitor individual performances, and optimise sales processes.
*Target Accountability: Take responsibility for individual, team, and divisional targets, ensuring performance aligns with company goals.
Requirements
*Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outbound sales, direct sales, or sales management. Experienced senior sales representatives with a desire for progression are also encouraged to apply.
*Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to hit targets and inspire your team to do the same.
*Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage team performance, budgets, and workload effectively.
*Leadership Qualities: An enthusiastic, positive motivator with a talent for building resilience and cultivating strong relationships in a dynamic environment.
