We are hiring a Behaviour Mentor to join our team immediately at an inclusive SEN school in Slough.
Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Slough
Pay: Up to £120per day
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
*Develop tailored strategies to help students manage their behaviour and improve learning outcomes.
*Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and families to ensure the success of behaviour plans.
*Build strong relationships to motivate students and help them overcome challenges.
*Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role within an educational setting.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
*A calm, patient, and empathetic approach when working with challenging behaviour.
*Flexibility and teamwork skills to adapt strategies to meet individual needs.
*Passionate about making a positive impact on students’ personal and academic development.
