*Processing and managing financial transactions and invoices
*Regularly updating financial records and databases
*Resolving any issues or discrepancies with invoices
*Preparing and submitting financial reports
*Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
*Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
*Maintaining confidentiality of financial information
*Working collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
*A solid understanding of financial processes and principles
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
*Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
*A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
