An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Credit Controller to join an established Accounting & Finance team within an Industrial / Manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for identifying financial discrepancies.

Description
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer details in the financial system.
*Conducting credit checks on all customers, establish and manage limits.
*Chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales.
*Liaising with customers to resolve outstanding queries.
*Reviewing customer accounts and initiating appropriate action.
*Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
*Assisting with month-end reporting.
*Working in line with company policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
*An understanding of credit control procedures and principles.
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
