Job Description:
My client is a highly respected professional services practice with a first class reputation.
Due to continued client growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA / Administrator to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of Operations and Divisional Director the duties will be varied and include:-
*Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
*Manage and organize documents, files, and correspondence
*Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
*Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
*Assist with billing and invoicing processes
*Maintain office supplies and equipment
*Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, clients, and visitors
*Assist with client intake and data entry into case management systems
*Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and workflow

Requirements:
*Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services business
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
*Discretion and respect for confidentiality
